The Federal Stumulus Bill impacted federal tax rates, and as a result employee's federal taxes will be less. You the member might want to contact the payroll department at 1-(866)-245-5957 to check to see if your federal taxes are the way you want them to be. You can make the changes through payroll. A benefits rep cannot do this for you. This could be affecting your sub pay.
